Who is Bonnie
Bonnie writes the letters. If you receive a correspondence from the company that makes your head itch, she most likely wrote it, and then stamped someone else's name on it. She exists so that nothing comes back to Bartle. She calls herself the pad that takes the shots.
Her full profile is still being written. In the meantime she has a song, and she would be delighted to sing it to you over the phone.
Bonnie is the joke. The real rules for what a plan has to tell you, and how fast, are on the other pages of this site: if your plan says no, your dental records and who answers for each plan's decisions. Each of those pages shows its sources.
